Lean Training & Kaizen Process Mapping

In this session Stacy provided a detailed overview of what’s involved in each of the Lean Training Programmes offered through the HSE Lean Academy as well as Process Mapping Kaizen events and how they are run. The session then turned its attention to Guest Speaker Neil Lowney of National Personnel Administration, HR Shared Services. Last year Neil participated in the Process Mapping Kaizen event facilitated by 20FIFTY Partners and the HSE Lean Academy. Neil shared his experience of stepping through the Kaizen Process, what he found challenging and how he felt the process was overall beneficial to him and the team involved.
